Problems with Saltcells.com

Beware of Saltcells.com!!! I ordered a $500 part from them via the internet, paid for the part, and never received the part. After doing some rearch on the company, I found that many people had experienced the same situation with Saltcells.com. I guess this is standard practice to take people's money without delivering a product. So, after waiting patiently for a part that never arrived, I filed a complaint to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. When filing the complaint I discovered numerous complaints had been filed for similar issues. Beware of Saltcells.com.

I had a similiar problem. I ordered a salt unit. And you would assume it would be in stock. They carry no stock. Being a internet home based biz. Kim admitted she doesnt read her emails all the time. 3 weeks went by and no unit. I emailed her and finally she said her dist was out of stock. She had to order somewhere else yada yada yada. She said she would reverse the charges and confirm. And nothing. So now we are having to go to our cc company and have it removed. I would not recommend this home based company.
